Shipping policy
Please note your order may arrive in multiple shipments if it includes apparel.
Our apparel ships directly from our partnering print shop. Other items in your order will ship separately from our Fort Worth, TX location. If the only item(s) in your order aside from apparel are stickers, they will ship via USPS First Class Letter Mail in a stamped envelope.
Timeline
We aim to process all orders within 3 business days, though this may be extended to 5+ business days (excluding weekends and holidays) during peak times or during periods of high order volume. Processing time is separate from the time it takes for your item to arrive to you once shipped. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping Address Changes and Errors
If you notice an error in your shipping address entered at checkout, email hello@donutseason.com as soon as possible with the correction. Apparel orders are released to our printer 30 minutes after the order is placed and cannot be modified after this point. All other items that are shipped from our Fort Worth location can have shipping address updated until the order ships.
We are unable to catch and correct address errors without being alerted by the customer. Occasionally in the case of significant formatting errors, our shipping software will flag the error and will not allow postage to be purchased until the error is corrected. Outside of obvious issues like this, we typically do not notice errors in street numbers, unit numbers, etc and cannot be held liable for misdelivery or nondelivery in cases of erroneous shipping addresses. If a discrepancy is noticed, we will reach out to the email attached to the order for clarification. If no response is received within 6 hours, we will default to using the shipping address as entered at checkout.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
We offer $1.00 flat rate shipping on orders that contain only stickers and decals. Orders with $1.00 shipping will be sent via USPS First Class Letter Mail in a standard, untracked envelope. First class mail is estimated to arrive in 2-6 business days, but minor delays are common. To upgrade to a tracked shipping method, select the Standard Shipping option, which will ship your order as a First Class Package with tracking.
We are happy to offer free shipping on all US orders of $50 or more. For orders under $50, our flat shipping rates are as follows:
$4.95 for all small accessories (badge reels, buttons, magnets, etc.)
$5.95 for tees, totes, and mouse pads
$7.95 for sweatshirts
The largest item in your order will dictate the shipping rate. We ship via USPS Ground Advantage (previously called First Class Package) or UPS Ground/Ground Saver depending on weight and distance. These services have an estimated transit time of 2-5 business days, and you will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped!

We are unable to collect and remit customs fees/taxes (GST, HST, PST), and this will be charged separately via your post office based on the contents/value of the package. The price of shipping shown at checkout only covers postage, not import fees. Tax rates can vary based on product type and destination province; find more information HERE.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status if you chose a tracked shipping method at checkout. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update.
If you haven’t received your order within 7 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@donutseason.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you. Please understand that once your order is handed off to USPS or UPS, it is out of our hands and we have no control over the speed at which it moves through the system. We do not have access to any additional delivery information beyond what is visible to you on your order tracking page. We will do our best to troubleshoot and investigate, but ultimately cannot be held responsible for lost or delayed mail on behalf of the USPS.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus shipping costs.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hello@donutseason.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
