High Order Volume - Extended Processing Time

 

We're in the middle of one of the busiest seasons of the year as we lead up to NNM and RD Day. Because of a higher than average order volume, and the made-to-order nature of most of our products, we may need an extra day or two on top of our usual processing time.

Currently, our turnaround time is running 3-5 business days from order date to shipping date, and then of course transit time (in the mail) is added onto the end of that. If and as this changes, this page will be updated along with the banner at the top of the website. Although most product pages state our 1-3 day processing time, the most current estimate here will override that.

Please factor in this timeline when ordering, and if you are hoping to ensure delivery by a particular date you can always reach out to us at hello@donutseason.com to discuss prior to ordering.
